Commands

The main pnpm commands for local development, deployment, database administration, and deploy-review workflows.

Run these commands from the repository root unless noted otherwise.

Development

pnpm dev
pnpm dev:web
pnpm dev:ingest:api
pnpm dev:ingest:flusher
pnpm dev:ingest:cleaner

Build and run

pnpm build
pnpm build:web
pnpm build:ingest
pnpm start
pnpm preview
pnpm deploy

Database and admin

pnpm db:migrate
pnpm db:migrate:control
pnpm db:migrate:analytics
pnpm db:bootstrap-admin
pnpm db:reset-admin-password
pnpm db:seed-demo
pnpm db:restore-verify

Callra CLI and MCP

callra login
callra site ls
callra site resolve --hostname app.example.com
callra release ls --site site_123 --environment production
callra release snapshot --site site_123 --latest
callra release breakdown --site site_123 --latest
callra release compare --site site_123 --latest --mode both
callra impact snapshot --site site_123 --range 7d
callra impact breakdown --site site_123 --dimension channel --range 7d
callra mcp serve

The CLI is the fastest way to read the same deploy impact report and investigation context outside the dashboard. Use callra mcp serve when your agent or editor wants a local stdio MCP server, or point remote MCP clients at /api/mcp with a bearer token.

Tests and type checks

pnpm typecheck
pnpm test
pnpm test:watch
pnpm e2e

Database-backed Vitest suites are skipped by default. When a reachable analytics test database is available, enable the optional database-backed test flag in your shell or CI environment and then run pnpm test.

Local test dependency stack

pnpm local:test-deps:up
pnpm local:test-deps:logs
pnpm local:test-deps:down

The compose stack lives at infra/local/test-deps.compose.yml. It starts Postgres, MinIO, and a shared-data StarRocks cluster for local DB-backed tests and prod-like E2E runs. By default it builds local-only StarRocks images from /Users/kks/mygit/mystar by first creating an artifact image and then packaging FE/CN runtime images from that artifact. Override CALLRA_STARROCKS_DEV_ENV_IMAGE if you need a different StarRocks dev-env builder image (default: starrocks/dev-env-ubuntu:latest).
