This Privacy Policy explains how Callra handles information when you use callra.dev, create an account, install Callra on your site, or otherwise interact with the service.
Callra is operated by ahaapple LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our public mailing address is 28 Geary St STE 650, 308, San Francisco, CA 94108, United States.
When you use Callra to collect analytics for your own website or product, you are responsible for the notices and choices you give your end users. In that context, Callra acts as a service provider or processor on your behalf.
We collect the information needed to operate the product, secure the service, and support your account.
- Account information, such as your email address, password hash, and team or site membership details.
- Billing information needed to manage subscriptions and invoices. Payment card handling is performed by our payment processor, such as Stripe, rather than stored directly by Callra.
- Product usage and diagnostics, such as site configuration, release metadata, dashboard queries, API access, and operational logs required to keep the service reliable and secure.
- Analytics event data that you choose to send to Callra for your own websites, apps, releases, and AI workflows.
Callra is designed to keep analytics collection narrower than ad-tech style tracking.
- No visitor ID cookies by default.
- A short-lived anti-abuse cookie may be set on the analytics origin when needed to make replay attacks harder. It is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.
- Raw IP information may be processed and retained only short-term in security, abuse-prevention, and operational logs when needed to protect the service.
- Long-term analytics uses minimized, hashed, truncated, or derived fields where feasible.
- No raw user-agent storage in the analytics database.
- No query-string storage by default and no URL fragment storage.
- When a site is configured to respect DNT or Global Privacy Control, Callra can suppress collection for those requests.
We use information to provide the service you requested, secure the product, support billing, improve product reliability, and communicate operational updates.
We do not sell personal information or use customer analytics data for cross-site advertising profiles.
We share information only when it is necessary to operate Callra, comply with the law, or protect the service and our users.
- Infrastructure, hosting, logging, and database providers that help us run the service.
- Payment processors for subscription and invoice handling.
- Professional advisers or authorities when required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
We retain account, billing, and analytics data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention windows for analytics data may vary by plan, product settings, or separate agreement. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can access, update, or delete certain account information through the product. You can also stop using Callra or remove your tracking configuration at any time.
Do not send sensitive personal data to Callra unless we explicitly support that workflow under a separate written agreement.
For privacy requests, contact privacy@callra.dev. For general product support, contact support@callra.dev.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
