You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and promptly remove or rotate access you no longer want others to have.
You may not use Callra in a way that harms the service, other users, or third parties.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, except where allowed by law.
- Do not use Callra to store or transmit unlawful content, malware, or data you do not have permission to process.
- Do not send sensitive personal data to Callra unless we explicitly support that workflow under a separate written agreement.
- Do not use Callra for unlawful tracking, spyware, surveillance, or any other attempt to monitor people in a deceptive or unauthorized way.

You retain responsibility for the data you send to Callra, including analytics events, release metadata, AI telemetry, team invitations, and shared dashboards.
You are responsible for giving any notices, obtaining any consents, and configuring the product in a way that matches the laws and policies that apply to your business and your users.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, usage limits, and retention windows may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.
If you buy a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals unless you cancel in accordance with the product workflow or a separate written agreement.
Callra and its service components, branding, software, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors.
Subject to these terms and your plan, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We also may release beta, preview, or experimental features that are offered as-is.
We aim for a reliable product, but we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, non-payment, legal exposure, or a material breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations, including payment, ownership, limitation, and legal-compliance provisions, survive termination to the extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Callra is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Callra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
To the extent permitted by law, the state or federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
We may update these Terms of Service as Callra evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
